2. Website Content

The information provided on this website is for general information purposes only.

Whilst we make reasonable efforts to ensure that information is accurate and up to date, we do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy or suitability of any content.

The content on this website does not constitute medical advice and should not be relied upon as a substitute for consultation with a suitably qualified healthcare professional.

If you have concerns regarding your health, you should seek professional medical advice.

If you believe you require urgent medical attention, contact NHS 111, your GP, or emergency services as appropriate.

3. Eligibility for Treatment

Our services are available only to adults aged 18 years and over.

All treatments are subject to clinical assessment and suitability.

Submitting an enquiry form, attending a consultation or booking an appointment does not guarantee that a particular treatment will be offered or performed.

We reserve the right to decline treatment where it is not clinically appropriate, safe, or within our scope of practice.

4. Appointments and Consultations

Appointments may be requested through our website, by telephone, email, or other approved communication methods.

All appointments are subject to availability.

Treatment recommendations are made following an individual clinical assessment and informed consent process.

Clinical recommendations may differ from a patient's expectations or preferred treatment option where, in the clinician's professional judgement, an alternative approach is more appropriate.

5. Fees and Payment

Current fees are displayed on our website and may be amended from time to time.

Payment is normally required at the time of consultation or treatment unless otherwise agreed.

Treatment fees cover professional clinical services, assessment, procedural expertise, equipment, consumables and clinician time.

All fees are quoted in pounds sterling (£).

6. Cancellation and Non-Attendance

At Momentum Joint Care, we understand that plans sometimes change. If you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, whether a telephone consultation or a face-to-face clinic visit, we kindly ask that you let us know as soon as possible.

There is currently no charge for cancellations or missed appointments. However, we would greatly appreciate as much notice as possible, as this allows us to offer the appointment to another patient who may be waiting to be seen.

To cancel or rearrange an appointment, please contact us using the details provided in Section 17 of these Terms and Conditions.

We reserve the right to amend this cancellation policy in the future. Any changes will be published on this website and will apply to appointments booked after the date of publication.

7. Refund Policy

Healthcare services differ from retail purchases and are subject to professional assessment, clinical judgement and informed consent.

Consultation and treatment fees are non-refundable once the consultation or treatment has been provided.

Where a patient attends for assessment and the clinician determines that a planned injection or other treatment is not clinically appropriate, a consultation fee of £120 will be charged in accordance with our published pricing structure.

If a patient has concerns regarding any aspect of their care or the fees charged, they should contact Momentum Joint Care using the details provided in Section 17. Concerns will be reviewed in accordance with our Complaints Policy.

In exceptional circumstances, Momentum Joint Care Ltd may, at its sole discretion, offer a full or partial refund following a review of the relevant clinical and administrative records. Any such decision will be made by the Directors of Momentum Joint Care Ltd.

Nothing in this policy affects a patient's statutory rights under applicable consumer protection legislation.

8. Clinical Outcomes

All medical procedures carry potential risks and benefits.

Whilst we aim to provide safe, evidence-based treatment, no healthcare provider can guarantee a specific outcome or level of improvement.

Individual responses to treatment vary and may depend on factors including diagnosis, severity of condition, underlying health issues and adherence to post-treatment advice.

Information provided on this website regarding potential benefits should not be interpreted as a guarantee of outcome.

9. Patient Responsibilities

Patients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding their medical history, medications, allergies and other relevant health matters.

Failure to disclose relevant information may affect treatment suitability, safety and outcomes.

Patients should follow any post-treatment advice provided by the treating clinician and seek medical attention if advised symptoms or complications occur.

10. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by negligence;
