2. Website Content
The information provided on this website is for general information purposes only.
Whilst we make reasonable efforts to ensure that information is accurate and up to date, we do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy or suitability of any content.
The content on this website does not constitute medical advice and should not be relied upon as a substitute for consultation with a suitably qualified healthcare professional.
If you have concerns regarding your health, you should seek professional medical advice.
If you believe you require urgent medical attention, contact NHS 111, your GP, or emergency services as appropriate.
3. Eligibility for Treatment
Our services are available only to adults aged 18 years and over.
All treatments are subject to clinical assessment and suitability.
Submitting an enquiry form, attending a consultation or booking an appointment does not guarantee that a particular treatment will be offered or performed.
We reserve the right to decline treatment where it is not clinically appropriate, safe, or within our scope of practice.
4. Appointments and Consultations
Appointments may be requested through our website, by telephone, email, or other approved communication methods.
All appointments are subject to availability.
Treatment recommendations are made following an individual clinical assessment and informed consent process.
Clinical recommendations may differ from a patient's expectations or preferred treatment option where, in the clinician's professional judgement, an alternative approach is more appropriate.
5. Fees and Payment
Current fees are displayed on our website and may be amended from time to time.
Payment is normally required at the time of consultation or treatment unless otherwise agreed.
Treatment fees cover professional clinical services, assessment, procedural expertise, equipment, consumables and clinician time.
All fees are quoted in pounds sterling (£).
6. Cancellation and Non-Attendance
We ask patients to provide at least 48 hours' notice if they need to cancel or rearrange an appointment.
Where less than 48 hours' notice is provided, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee.
Patients who fail to attend an appointment without notice may be charged up to the full appointment fee.
Cancellation charges are applied because appointment slots are reserved exclusively for the patient and may not be capable of being reallocated at short notice.
7. Refund Policy
Healthcare services differ from retail purchases and are subject to professional assessment and clinical judgement.
Consultation fees are generally non-refundable once a consultation has taken place.
Where treatment has been provided, fees are generally non-refundable as they relate to professional healthcare services already delivered.
If a clinician determines during assessment that a planned treatment is not clinically appropriate, any charges will be applied in accordance with our published pricing structure.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer legislation.
If you have concerns regarding any aspect of your care, please contact us and we will seek to resolve the matter promptly through our complaints process where appropriate.
8. Clinical Outcomes
All medical procedures carry potential risks and benefits.
Whilst we aim to provide safe, evidence-based treatment, no healthcare provider can guarantee a specific outcome or level of improvement.
Individual responses to treatment vary and may depend on factors including diagnosis, severity of condition, underlying health issues and adherence to post-treatment advice.
Information provided on this website regarding potential benefits should not be interpreted as a guarantee of outcome.

9. Patient Responsibilities
Patients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding their medical history, medications, allergies and other relevant health matters.
Failure to disclose relevant information may affect treatment suitability, safety and outcomes.
Patients should follow any post-treatment advice provided by the treating clinician and seek medical attention if advised symptoms or complications occur.
10. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability for:
Death or personal injury caused by negligence;
Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or
Any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
